Kevin Lomax - Chairman and CEO
Kevin Lomax is widely recognised as one of the UK's leading entrepreneurs.

After gaining a wide range of experience in several senior executive positions in the industrial sector, Kevin became a founding investor Misys, one of the world's largest and longest established software development companies. As CEO and Executive Chairman of Misys he led the company, originally established to provide computer systems to the UK insurance industry, through a period of significant growth and international development; at its zenith Misys joined the FTSE100 in 1998. Kevin Lomax retired from the Board of Misys in October 2006.

In 2003 he was awarded an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Science by Birmingham University for his service to the IT industry. Kevin was the senior Non Executive Director of Marks and Spencer plc, retiring from the Board in September 2006, and a Director of the Royal Opera House for five years. Kevin became Chairman of Biometric Security, the company behind VoiceVault, in 2008 and CEO in 2009.

Lee Cottle

Lee leads the company's Marketing, R&D, Product Management, Sales and Business strategy operations for VoiceVault.

Lee joined VoiceVault from Vicorp Group where he was the Chief Operating Officer. Vicorp are a software company specialising in speech self-service solutions where he was responsible for the go-to-market strategy, sales and business development. Prior to this Lee was the Director & General Manager of Nuance's UK, Ireland and South African regions.

Lee brings with him over 20 years experience of call centre enabling technology. He has been involved in the design, installation and support of over 200 call centres in both Europe and the U.S. He has worked for Nortel Networks, Unisys, and Aspect Communications in a variety of senior business and technical roles.

Jim Cook

During a career that has spanned over three decades, Jim has been instrumental in managing the development of pioneering enterprise technologies. He has a strong pedigree in strategic management and technology leadership with previous senior management roles in companies spanning a range of software sectors including collaboration, enterprise content workflow and lifecycle management, and information security.

Jim is a chartered engineer and has a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Bath. Jim is also a fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA).

David Marshall

European Sales / Business Development

David Marshall - European Sales / Business Development 
David brings over 20 years experience in the IT industry. He has held a wide variety of senior management and business development roles and has successfully provided innovative and emergent technology solutions into the UK & EMEA financial services market.

David has experience gained with large US and UK based corporate as well as independent VC funded start up environments. He was a founding partner of a successful UK software testing services company.

He was previously responsible for the development of the Sales & Marketing arm of the UK subsidiary of US based systems integrator PKS. In this role, David quickly secured a significant number of UK banks as major customers.

PKS subsequently acquired Orygen Ireland and appointed David as UK Sales Director responsible for business development and partner management. PKS Orygen then became part of US NASDAQ listed Level 3 Communications.

Julia Webb

Julia Webb - Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Julia has a successful track record of over 15 years of marketing and sales management experience within the biometrics technology industry. At Biometric Security she heads up the company's US operations, focused on the overall growth of the VoiceVault product line within the Americas.

Prior to joining Biometric Security Inc she held management positions at leading biometric companies ranging from Visionics (Identix) to Bioscrypt. During her eight year tenure at Bioscrypt as Executive VP of Sales and Marketing, she lead the organization's sales growth and positioning in the biometrics marketplace, eventually capturing the majority of the market share for the company's product lines; culminating in the sale of Bioscrypt to L-1 Identity Solutions in 2007. Julia's expertise is driving growth through marketing, strategic partnerships and effective sales and customer service teams.
