Major US Healthcare Insurer Signs Up for VoiceVault
Contract win sees VoiceVault re-enforce
its position as the leading voice biometrics system in the US
insurance industry.
VoiceVault announces that it has won a contract to deliver voice digital
signatures to a leading US healthcare insurer. Under the terms of the agreement
the insurer will use VoiceVault's voice generated digital signatures within its
call centre to enable customers to voice sign insurance applications over the
phone. Rapid integration and implementation is due to be completed within the
next 6 months.
This contract win re-enforces VoiceVault's market leading position within the US
healthcare and insurance sectors where it is already in use extensively by
Progressive Insurance both internally and with agents for digital signing
insurance applications. VoiceVault also provides services to Assistmed Inc, a
leading provider of clinical information solutions in the USA.
