Stock Traders Enhance Access to Customer Information
Working with one of our key partners, VoiceVault technology has been incorporated into the trading environment of one of the leading independent financial services organisations that has over 700 employees across Europe, Asia and North America. They provide a wide range of financial services to their customers, including advisory, wealth management, securities and corporate broking.
The organisation is using VoiceVault Caller Authentication technology to provide rapid and secure access to their customer information system. This will enable them to enhance the way that traders access key customer data and improve customer service in their high volume trading environment. The biometric solution is replacing the need for PINs that the traders were required to remember, and the need for traders to use their phone keypads.
VoiceVault worked with one of it's key partners in delivering a solution based on innovative voice biometric technology that allows several traders to share an account thus speeding up access to information and enabling rapid trader to customer communication to take place. The voice biometric engine being used to authenticate the identity of the traders is hosted at VoiceVault's data centre in Milton Keynes in the UK.
