VoiceVault Server will integrate seamlessly with virtually any IVR or speech
recognition engine using VoiceLink. Optionally, IVR and speech recognition
components can be supplied with VoiceVault.
VoiceLink is a small but sophisticated software application supplied with
VoiceVault, it provides an interface with existing IVR or call centre systems.
The IVR or call centre system interacts with VoiceLink, using industry standard
‘record and play’ type processes.
VoiceLink has an exceptionally small footprint – less than 100kb –
generates minimal processor load and does not require installation of any other
components, such as Java or server services. VoiceLink optimises performance by
constantly checking availability, load and response times of the different
VoiceVault Servers to ensure the fastest transaction processing times.
