Voice Track is a phone based system that enforces compliance and promotes accountability by verifying an individual is at a specific location at the required time in compliance with their parole orders.  Voice verification of the parolee is performed on each occasion to verify their identity.

Today Voice Track is being used by one of the world leading law enforcement agencies to track tens of thousand of felons on parole.

How its works

 

The rules relating each parolee are held within Voice Track Case Management System. The Case Management System is administered by Officers who:

  • Create new Parolee 'Accounts'
  • Enter rules relating to the compliance regime to be monitored
  • Manage / monitor compliance with the rules.

 

If a compliance rule is violated the Voice Track will automatically alert the Officer by either email, fax, SMS etc.

Voice Track incorporates a comprehensive Case Management System and reporting capability that can be accessed online 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

 

Enrolment of a new Parolee is easy and quick, performed using any phone and usually taking less than 2 - 3 minutes. No training is required. Tracking can commence immediately after enrolment has been completed.

 

Each verification takes around 1 minute. Voice Track will detect and report any failure by the individual to complete verification, any attempt to divert a call to another telephone, or an attempted verification by an impostor or sibling. 

 

Violation alerts and can be delivered to the Case Officer by email, fax, SMS or through daily reports. At least one week of verification calls can be listened to by the Officer via the Case Management System.  Data on all calls will be accessible to the Officer / Agency via the Case Management System for a period of at least two years.

 

Officers can also record and leave voicemail for Parolees. The system retains a record of delivery to the Parolee.

Voice Track is powered by the VoiceVault engine - a biometric voice verification system that is already trusted by financial institutions and government agencies. The system is ISO 27001 rated, and accredited to issue EU Advanced Digital Signatures.
